HOURS
To avoid delay and to assure the availability of your contact at PCC, you should make an appointment prior to your visit. You will be received during normal business hours, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Out-of-town suppliers will always be accommodated, but you should make every effort to make an appointment for follow-up meetings.
YOUR PASS
To distinguish you as our guest, the receptionist in the lobby will give you a visitor’s pass, which you must wear in view during your visit. The receptionist will then ask you to sign in on a visitor’s log.
If you will be walking through the manufacturing areas, both safety glasses and safety shoes are required.
YOUR FIRST CONTACT
The receptionist at each location may suggest which buyers to see and make an appointment for you.
The buyer may request that you complete several forms to tell us about your firm and its capabilities. Your prompt response will assist the buyer in completing his/her evaluation of your company.
