Sherry Parker assembles a wax pattern for the Trent 500® stator, at 54 inches in diameter the largest integrally cast stator ever made.

Once the tooling has produced a successful wax pattern, the next step is wax assembly. Due to the size of many of the castings that PCC Structurals specializes in, PCC often assembles many wax components into one large pattern.
