Wax pattern being removed from tooling.

Using customer-supplied electronic data, CAD models, or blueprints, PCC Structurals can use its 50 years of experience to develop a tool that will consistently produce an acceptable part. A tool or wax die is basically the inverse of the customer's part. We inject the empty cavity of the die with specially designed wax and remove the wax pattern from the tooling. The new wax pattern is a duplication of the eventual finished casting.
